What we will cover

This programme includes two two-days sessions :

Leadership Programme, 1 - 2 days

Playing a bigger game in a changing world
A dynamic and very practical workshop that gives aspiring women power and credibility. The focus is on claiming leadership and transforming the conflict between men’s and women’s professional styles into genuine collaboration. Participants learn the hidden rules of the game and how to make women’s unique qualities visible and valued. They discover a new vocabulary and behavioral style that conveys authentic leadership

Leadership Programme, 2 - 2 days

Executive Presence – Influencing Top Management
The course is reserved for a smaller, select group of participants with the specific intent to focus in greater depth on individual challenges. The issues that senior women in corporations confront are addressed from the perspective of harnessing women’s particular talents. It is recognized that women are blocked from reaching the top by a subtle, unwritten code book of business behaviour. By gaining new skills in influencing key stakeholders, playing a smart political game, negotiating difficult deals and learning how to convey executive presence in walk and talk, women can achieve their ambitions for positions of authority at the senior table. The workshop will favour rich exchange, latest concepts as well as challenging and positive counsel supported by video feedback.
