ABOUT DIAFORA
DIAFORA was created in 2001 (and under its current name since 2003) to respond to the growing efforts by companies in Europe to recognise that women are half the talent and half the market. The business imperatives for companies to update their approach to women in both these areas is becoming increasingly pressing. DIAFORA works with progressive companies that are interested in optimising the other half of the talent pool, in more effectively reaching the other half of the market and in developing more inclusive leadership and management teams.
DIAFORA believes that companies are better served by diverse leadership and management teams - and that mixity (a French word that means gender balance) is a proven contributor to better corporate performance, better corporate governance and more human workplaces for all.
