Effective for companies engaged in developing their women for leadership roles and key decision-making responsibilities.
What's about?
This programme focuses on the factors governing women’s career success. They focus both on better understanding oneself (skills and leadership styles) as well as the organisations we work for (cultural, political and organisational contexts and cultures).
The agenda concentrates on critical leadership skills: personal impact, communication, decision-making, building enthusiasm, trust and collaboration, gaining influence and managing tension and crises.

What we will cover
This programme includes two two-days sessions :
Leadership Programme, 1 - 2 days
Playing a bigger game in a changing world
A fast-paced programme that supports aspiring women to build leadership capability and credibility. This session will allow the participants to understand the unwritten rules of the game and recognise and understand the differences that exist between men and women and how these may impact management styles and communication methods. Participants learn how to make women’s unique qualities visible and valued.?
Leadership Programme, 2 - 2 days
Impact and Executive Presence
Building on Leadership 1, this training focuses on individual ambitions and challenges. Centring on their growth priorities, each participant learns to affirm her ‘executive presence’ and strategic vison, and benefits from feedback and advice from her peers. To gain impact and influence these women leaders will work on the results of their personal leadership survey and are encouraged to express their ambition and broaden their network. Vision speech exercise / public speaking exercise will give them the opportunity to find the keys to being inspirational while remaining authentic. ?
