“Networking: a means of promoting gender diversity”


Diafora lends support to its corporate clients seeking to launch networking initiatives to address issues relating to gender diversity.

These networks were initially designed for women only but now include mostly include both men and women. They provide a means of mobilizing the company’s energy behind diversity issues, outside the usual channels and procedures.

In order to create and maintain a network of that kind within a company, the network’s structure and objectives, not to mention the policies for leading and coordinating the network, must be clearly defined.
