Victoria is project manager at Diafora. She is involved with client assignments, studies conducted by Diafora and overseeing business strategy. She also contributes by monitoring and developing professional training activities.
With a profound desire to contribute to developing diversity within companies, Victoria joined the Diafora team, providing analysis.
Victoria is also responsible for the cross-mentoring program BoardWomen Partners, which she has coordinated since October 2014. BWP is a program aimed at promoting greater diversity on boards of directors and bringing together, to date, 35 presidents of major companies.
A graduate of the Institut de Sciences Politiques d’Aix-en-Provence en Affaires Internationales, Victoria previously worked as a radio journalist in Montreal as a marketing assistant at Kenwood (UK).

Joanne Archibald brings to the Diafora team her expertise in professional and personal development, with a specialisation in intercultural coaching and training. She supports, for example, professionals working across cultures, managers in charge of multicultural teams, and ex-pats going on assignment abroad.

Joanne grew up in the UK and obtained a BA and MA from Cambridge University, after which she embarked upon a rich and varied career in communications that lasted for over 15 years. After some time working in London in theatrical communications, she achieved her dream of moving to Paris. Upon arrival in France, she continued her studies and gained a second Master’s degree from the Sorbonne Nouvelle in Paris. She went on to work in communications in the high-technology industry and then joined a digital communications agency, managing a number of projects for a large portfolio of CAC 40 clients. She then used her expertise to specialise in events communications.

In 2013, Joanne trained in Co-Active coaching, an internationally renowned methodology taught by the Coaches Training Institute. She gained Associate Certified Coach status from the International Coaching Federation in 2017. She also uses a variety of methods from other disciplines to offer her clients bespoke coaching that gives them the tools they need to overcome obstacles to their success, improve their results, and find fulfilment. Joanne has also trained in intercultural coaching for families, including children and teenagers.

In addition to her work as a coach and trainer, Joanne regularly contributes to a number of print and online magazines, writing on topics such as stress and time management, how to build a career with meaning, intercultural collaboration, ex-pat life, and how to find and define your leadership style.

With dual British and French nationality, Joanne is based in Paris and works in both English and French.

Diplômée d’un Master en management et développement d’organisation (IFO, Muttenz, CH), d’un MBE®-Manager in Business Entertainment, Ariane Curdy est membre de la commission suisse pour l’UNESCO, ainsi que de nombreuses organisations professionnelles (SIETAR, EAIE, ODNet).

Ariane est suisse et travaille en trois langues français, anglais et allemand.

Elham Mottahed-Asdaghi brings to the Diafora team her expertise in interpersonal communication and intercultural coaching. She helps leaders and multicultural teams maximize their performance and stakeholder value through more effective collaboration, communication and alignment. She customizes her approach to a range of needs and profiles, drawing on her own multicultural background as a UK-born, US-educated, France-based Canadian citizen of Persian descent.

Prior to launching Cardinal Coaching, Elham spent two decades working with the executives of multinational companies on their communication, strategy, and change management projects as Director of Internal Communications and Employee Engagement. She also co-founded a professional women leaders’ network in 2016.

Accredited in team and individual coaching by the EMCC (European Mentoring & Coaching Council), Elham is certified as a Global Executive Coach by HEC Paris, a PQ Coach by Positive Intelligence, and a Systemic Team Coach by the Global Team Coaching Institute. She has also been trained as an instructional facilitator, an organization & relationship systems coach practitioner, and holds master’s degrees in Communication from both Stanford University and ESCP Europe.

Based in the Paris area, Elham is a native-English speaker and bilingual in French.

Yvonne O’Reilly brings to the Diafora team her special expertise in the area of leadership development, team development and change management. She is an accomplished trainer, coach and consultant and develops high-performing managers and teams in complex, multi-cultural business environments.
Before establishing her own company, Avanteam Consult, Yvonne pursued a 20-year career as a HR Professional in leading international companies. In her previous role as HR Director for Continental Europe for State Street Bank, from 2005 to 2009, she led international acquisition projects and spearheaded HR innovation.

Yvonne is a certified Coach, accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She holds qualifications as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), an Organisational Relationship Systems Coach (ORSCC) and a Process Communication Management (PCM) Coach). She is a member of the faculty of Centre for Right Relationship (CRR) Global », a worldwide leader in training systems-intelligent Coaches.
Yvonne is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and founding Director of the Leadership Academy for women leaders in Luxembourg.

She is Irish, based in Luxembourg. Yvonne works in both English and French.

Anne-Marie Gonçalves Desai is an international executive and team coach as well as a leadership and management trainer. She works with private and public organizations to enhance their leadership capacity by growing individuals’ and teams’ emotional and social intelligence. She coaches in particular women from a diversity of cultures to realize their full potential as leaders and to increase their influence within their organization.

Anne-Marie holds her coaching credentials with the International Coaching Federation and is an accredited coach and trainer to the EU institutions. She is also a Faculty member of the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), the world leader in coach training for whom she delivers coaching courses across Europe and the Middle-East. Prior to her coaching career, Anne-Marie spent over ten years as a communications consultant and managed European wide projects as well as multicultural teams. Her interest in women in leadership led her to work for the EU in the early 1990s to improve women’s visibility in the media and for the UN Beijing conference on women.
She is based in Brussels and works in French, English, Portuguese and Spanish.

Valerie Jacquemin Ngom is a trainer, a consultant and an expert in the areas of leadership, employee commitment and professional accomplishment. Before launching her own consultancy firm Heliofelis, she worked for most of her career for CEGOS group where she was in charge of the commercial training programmes as well as of major training projects both in France and internationally. She created “the learning accelerators” – a set of methods based on temporal constraint appropriation. Today Valérie Jacquemin Ngom divides her time between her own activity in the domain of personal development and her collaboration with DIAFORA, to which she brings her exceptional training skills acquired through three types of experience: pragmatic and concrete (direct commercial experience), bahavioral (PNL Master) and pedagogical (development of the learning tools for Cegos).

JoAnne Freeman is a Leading Associate of DIAFORA and delivers several leadership seminars which she designed to help professional women win at the game of business. In creating her personal trade name SWIM upstream, JoAnne has woven together various strands of professional expertise.

She is recognized for innovative techniques to meeting facilitation and team building and has developed particularly effective approaches for personal promotion and influence. She is certified in Dramatherapy and Transactional Analysis. Three workshops of unique design: Leadership for Women, Marketing Brand Me, and Skillful Meeting Facilitation enjoy high demand across Europe. JoAnne was responsible for Management Education at Digital Equipment Corporation after coming to Geneva from Canada. Her early career spans managing International Humanitarian projects in Haiti, Niger, Indonesia and Nepal and teaching Sociology at Colleges in Toronto, Montreal and Geneva. Her very first jobs were in the fields of social work and criminology.

In addition to regularly speaking at women’s professional networks and conferences, she is on the Advisory Board of W.I.N. the Women’s International Network Conference. She has co-founded TEN the Trainer’s Exchange Network in Geneva.

Janne Lambert is responsible for office management and marketing. More specifically, she is in charge of the organization and piloting of DIAFORA’s inter-company training programmes, courses designed to empower women to attain executive posts by developing thein influence, visibility and impact. Janne has a commercial background and has worked for several industrial companies. She has been living and working in France since completing her education at Danish Business School. She is trilingual, speaking Danish, English and French Fluently.
