Diafora has pioneered the concept of inter-company training specially designed for women. For more than 10 years, 4000 women from 80 companies have taken part in Diafora’s inter-company training.

The women participants and the companies that sent them all agree on the impact of Diafora’s training.

These programs offer participants a chance to share experiences, become more aware of issues relating to career paths and advancement, develop their own abilities and enhance their personal and collective motivation and self-confidence.
